This site is operated by BASHATEC, the name under which an electrical engineering services business is carried on by an individual trader, based in Samora Correia, in the municipality of Benavente, Portugal.

• Phone and WhatsApp: +351 966 714 257, Monday to Saturday, 9:00 to 20:00
• Email: geral@bashatec.pt

The provider's full legal identification (name, tax number and address) is given on request and appears on quotations and invoices.

Services are delivered by technicians accredited by DGEG, Portugal's Directorate-General for Energy and Geology, for the design, execution and operation of electrical installations.

This site does not publish prices. Each job is the subject of a budget estimate or a quotation, presented before anything is contracted.

If you have a complaint, write to geral@bashatec.pt: we would rather settle any matter directly. In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution entity for consumer disputes (entidade de resolução alternativa de litígios de consumo, RAL). The list of these entities is published by the Portuguese Directorate-General for Consumer Affairs on the consumer portal: www.consumidor.gov.pt.

The texts, drawings, images, logo and presentation of this site belong to BASHATEC or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced or reused for commercial purposes without written permission. Short quotations, with the source indicated, are free.

Schneider Electric, Hager, Legrand, Green'Up and Shelly are trademarks of their respective owners. They are mentioned only to identify the equipment we install. BASHATEC is not a representative or partner of these manufacturers.

The photographs on this site are illustrative images, computer-generated to represent real types of equipment. They do not show work carried out by BASHATEC and are captioned "Illustrative image".

The technical drawings are illustrative examples made for this site. They are not real projects and must not be used to build an installation. Their lettering is in Portuguese, as on the original documents.

The technical and legal information on this site is general and refers to the date each page was last updated. It does not replace the assessment of a specific installation or reference to the legislation in force.
